ÖZET
The project is based on Politeama di Como which is former cinema building. Politeama was designed in 1910 by Federico Frigeri and it is important as first concrete structure building.Politeama has closed in 2005 and it is waiting for new design and functions.
As urban approach, Politeama is located very important area which is on the border of city center and on the path between Train Station of Como and center for pedestrians. At the same time, there is square covered by politeama and historical church. The square need to be identified and it should use own potential for urban approach.
